Teacher Appreciation
I was asked to make cupcakes for Gina. She recently graduated from college with an education degree. I made seals, gold “A+” stars and mini chalkboards to help her celebrate!
Valentine’s Day
The last few days have been full of cupcaking fun! I had an order for Valentine’s Day minis. I figured there would be plenty of boxes of chocolates floating around so I went with vanilla/vanilla topped with a conversation heart.
Win Cam
A co-worker asked me to create cupcakes for her husband’s work party. She send me the company logo and I made little flags to put in the red velvet minis. They were a big hit at the party and I’m sure the bosses loved the brand recognition.
Keep Scrolling
Heading out with the girls tonight and wanted to work on my scroll detailing. I figured I should take advantage of non-order cupcakes when I have the chance!
Oh Christmas Tree! (a month late)
Things have been hectic and even though I’ve been baking, I’ve done a terrible job of keeping up on my posts. Here are some Christmas tree inspired cupcakes I made for a family brunch. They are surrounded by cookies, cinnamon rolls and blueberry muffins, but of course the cupcakes took the spotlight both in the photo as well as at the brunch. Hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas!
Getting in the Holiday Spirit
I can’t believe it is already December and there is snow on the ground! I figured I better start figuring out what my holiday flavors were going to be this year. Suggestions are always welcomed! Here are some red velvet with cream cheese frosting and a little bit of green sparkle to put you in the holiday spirit!
Briana’s Baby Shower

Lynne reached out to me to make some cupcakes for Briana’s baby shower. The theme was pink, black and white polka dots. We came up with ”pink” red velvet with cream cheese frosting and pink fondant polka dots. Triple chocolate: chocolate cake, fudge frosting and mini chocolate chips. Vanilla raspberry: vanilla cupcake, vanilla raspberry frosting and white chocolate drizzle. The cupcake towers were all topped with signature full sized cupcakes that read the parents’ names, “Mommy & Daddy” and “Baby Girl.” I also made a cupcake menu that matched the shower invitations.
Congrats Briana and Dave!
